The WSQ Service Planning and Implementation framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
This course aims to train new and existing staff to understand their personal role and deliver excellence customer service by utilising organisational service operation resources. Learners will have knowledge and application skills in implement operations for service excellence.
