WSQ Service Excellence (Professional Image)
The WSQ Professional Image framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
Who Should Attend This Course?The main target audience for WSQ Professional Image – WSQ operation modules are for staff from various service industry sectors. This module is of particular relevance to the Retail, Cleaning Services, Tourism, Medical Services, Hotel & Accommodation Services and Food & Beverage industries.
The course aims to help learners develop and maintain the right grooming and professional image that aligns to the Organization’s standards and enable them to project a positive image for themselves and the organization. It also covers the skills and knowledge to equip service professionals with a customer-oriented mindset and encourages them to find creative ways to impress customers.
