WSQ INVENTORY CONTROL
The WSQ Inventory Control framework supports the Retail and various industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
Course Objective
This course aims to assist entry level retail associates, retirees, senior workers or mid-career switchers to understanding inventory control in an on-line and off-line retail environment.
This module will equip learners with the ability to differentiate and control the vast variety of available products with the required skills and knowledge. The overall learning outcome will allow learners to identify stocks, operationally manage stock for storage, conduct basic stocktaking, perform basic procurement and logistics control of stocks while managing with different online & off-line situations.
Throughout the learning process, learner will be able to practise practical inventory control consistently with the overall organisations standard operating procedures.

WHAT QUALIFICATION WILL I ATTAIN?
Participants who are assessed competent will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) upon successfully demonstrating competence.
