The WSQ People and Relationship Management framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and ability to manage diversity at the workplace by demonstrating the use of emotional intelligence and maintaining self-awareness. This course covers a spectrum of techniques and other relevant soft skills that are necessary to enhance one’s ability to manage people and relationships.
