The WSQ Respond to Service Challenge (SF) framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
The course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to understand the triggers and signs of service challenges. It involves adopting the use of service recovery procedures and apply communication skills and resilience to alleviate service challenges.
