The WSQ Service Innovation framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
This course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and ability to generate, evaluate and present service innovation ideas to contribute to the overall organizational service standards.
