WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This course aims to assist operational and service staff in the delivery of retail service excellence. It also helps to develop the knowledge and skills for maintaining a professional image that aligns to and support store image and increase customer service standards.
The overall learning outcome are to build individual’s role in greater confidence in effective communication, professionalism, influence modelling of service leadership to apply right method to perform service delivery in accordance to the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
Throughout the learning process, learner will be able to recognise their roles in service delivery and able to apply ways to monitor own performance to ensure consistency with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
