The WSQ Service Leadership (SF) framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
This course aims to assist operational and service staff in the delivery of retail service excellence. It helps to develop the knowledge and skills for maintaining a professional image that aligns to and support store image and increase customer service standards. Learners will be able to recognise their roles in service delivery and able to apply ways to monitor own performance to ensure consistency with the organisation’s vision, mission and values
