WSQ PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION (SFw)
The WSQ Product Demonstration framework supports the Retail and Service industry businesses. The competency units have been designed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes required by individual working upon supervision to deliver service to customers/clients.
Course Objective
This course aims to help learners develop knowledge of the range and price of the organisation’s products and services, as well as present and demonstrate the use and application of products and services to customers.
The target audience are sales and service personnel from the retail sector. They hold job titles such as sales associates, customer relations associates, customer service representative, and sales promoter.

WHAT QUALIFICATION WILL I ATTAIN?
Participants who are assessed competent will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) upon successfully demonstrating competence.
